Our current position
A cookie is a small value a website asks your browser to keep and return with later requests. 606 Travels currently uses cookies only where they are necessary to protect a restricted area or keep an authenticated proposal session working.
No preference banner is shown because no optional cookies are currently used.If analytics, advertising or another optional technology is added later, this notice will be updated and an appropriate choice will be offered before that technology is used.
What we do not use
The current website does not use:
- analytics or audience-measurement cookies;
- advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies;
- social-media tracking pixels;
- personalisation or preference cookies; or
- browser
localStorageorsessionStoragefor public planning data.
Trip briefs and newsletter requests are sent to the service when you submit them; unfinished public form entries remain in the page's temporary memory and are not deliberately saved to browser storage by 606 Travels.
How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies using your browser settings. The public information and planning pages should remain available, but blocking necessary cookies will prevent an operator from staying signed in and may stop a customer from opening or responding to a secure proposal or enquiry tracker.
Signing out of the admin workspace removes its session cookie. For a secure proposal or enquiry tracker, closing the browser does not necessarily remove the cookie before its stated expiry; you can remove it through your browser controls or reopen the original secure link when valid.
Changes and contact
This notice will be updated if the names, purposes or durations of cookies change. The effective date and version at the top show the current notice.
For a question about website storage or a secure session, email info@606travels.com and mention whether the issue relates to the public site, admin workspace or a proposal link.
