Service status and scope
606 Travels currently operates a public enquiry and human-reviewed travel-planning website. Travellers can submit worldwide trip briefs and, when customer delivery is enabled, review a secure proposal. The website is not a booking engine.
Using a form, receiving an enquiry reference or previewing a proposal does not reserve a seat, room, transfer or experience. No travel service is confirmed and no payment is due unless 606 Travels later gives you a clear written confirmation and the relevant supplier terms, price and payment instructions.
Service boundary: customer proposal delivery and payment collection are separate from submitting an enquiry and may remain disabled. Do not treat a proposal draft, admin preview or sample price as a booking.
Planning and proposals
A trip brief tells 606 Travels what you would like explored. We may ask questions, suggest alternatives or decline a request that cannot be supported. A proposal is a planning summary based on the information and availability known when it was prepared.
A proposal should identify:
- the traveller or organiser, route, dates and services it covers;
- priced line items, currency and whether the amount is for one person or the named group;
- what is included, what is outside the proposal and any planning notes;
- the date by which you should respond; and
- the next step before any booking or payment.
Approving a planning proposal records your preference and authorises the next operational step described in it. It is not itself a supplier confirmation, ticket or voucher. 606 Travels will recheck availability, price and supplier terms before asking you to commit.
Suppliers and availability
Flights, accommodation, transfers, experiences and other travel components are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Their own conditions, privacy practices, schedules, baggage rules, accessibility arrangements and change or cancellation rules may apply.
Availability and prices can change without notice until the relevant supplier has accepted the booking and all required payment has cleared. Supplier names and material terms should be shown or made available before confirmation. Some destinations or services may not be available even though 606 Travels accepts worldwide enquiries.
Visa assistance
Visa assistance may include application preparation, document checklists and guidance based on official sources and the passport nationalities, residence and itinerary you provide. It is not legal or immigration advice, and 606 Travels does not issue visas, passports or permission to enter a country or guarantee that an application will be approved.
Border, consular, health and other authorities make all entry decisions and can change rules at short notice. You remain responsible for checking official requirements, carrying valid documents and allowing enough processing time. Never enter passport numbers or upload passport scans through a general 606 Travels enquiry form.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate contact, traveller, route and timing information;
- review names, dates, destinations, traveller counts, inclusions and prices before confirming;
- tell us promptly about accessibility, medical, dietary or other needs relevant to the requested service;
- make sure you have permission to act for anyone included in a group request;
- check passports, visas, transit rules, insurance and official travel advice; and
- use secure channels requested by an operator for any sensitive document or payment step.
You are responsible for losses caused by incorrect details you supplied where they could reasonably have been avoided by checking the proposal or confirmation.
Pricing and payments
Website budget fields are preferences, not quotes. Proposal prices must state their currency and scope. Unless a proposal says otherwise, taxes, supplier charges, exchange movements, card or bank fees and services outside the listed inclusions are not assumed to be included.
Flexible or staged payment is available only when it is expressly offered for that journey. The proposal or later confirmation must state the amount, schedule, recipient, fees and consequences of a missed payment. Do not send money using instructions that have not been verified through an official 606 Travels contact route.
Changes and cancellations
Before confirmation, you can request changes and 606 Travels can revise or withdraw an expired proposal. After a supplier booking is confirmed, changes, cancellations, refunds and credits depend on the supplier terms disclosed for that booking. Additional fare, supplier, exchange or service costs may apply.
If 606 Travels or a supplier changes a material part of a proposed journey before booking, we will explain the updated option and price so you can decide whether to continue. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location are not reduced by these terms.
Acceptable use and content
Do not misuse the site, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or deceptive requests, scrape private proposal or admin content, or use another person's secure link without permission. We may restrict access needed to protect travellers, operators or the service.
The 606 Travels brand, site design and original planning content belong to the operator or its licensors. You may save or print a proposal for the personal or organisational travel purpose for which it was prepared. Supplier names, marks and content remain their owners' property.
Responsibility and disruptions
606 Travels will use reasonable care in providing its own planning and coordination work. Independent suppliers remain responsible for the travel services they provide. Events such as weather, strikes, border measures, public-health restrictions, security incidents or supplier failures may be outside 606 Travels' reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 606 Travels is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for a supplier's act that 606 Travels did not cause or control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any final public terms should add limits appropriate to the confirmed operator, jurisdiction and business model before customer payment is enabled.
Law, complaints and contact
Raise a service concern first by emailing info@606travels.com with your enquiry or proposal reference. We will review the record and explain the next step.
Governing law is not yet configured. The operator's governing jurisdiction and final dispute route must be added before customer proposal delivery or payment is enabled. Until then, these interim terms do not remove any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
If one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts continue. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. We may update these terms for future use; the version shown at the top applies when a new trip brief is submitted.
